The Actions page of the Web User Interface consist of:

  • Search, filter, and sorting options.

  • The actions currently available.

  • Tools to edit individual actions.

  • Tools to edit multiple actions at once.

  • The option to create a new action.

The search bar located at the top of the screen allows the user to search for part or all, of the name of an action.

The date drop-down menu gives the option to sort actions by either the date they were last updated or in alphabetical order. Both options can be used in ascending or descending order.

The date filter will filter actions by the date they were last updated.

The show favorites checkbox toggles the favorites’ view which only shows those actions that have been marked as favorites by the user.

The data for the actions is comprised of four fields:

  • The Action field which shows the name of an action.

  • The Selection field which shows which selection is being used from the selections page.

  • The Update field which shows which update is being used from the updates page.

  • The “Last Updated” field which shows the date that the action was last edited.

The features available to manipulate individual actions include:

  • A Scenario Mapping option to add the action to one or more scenarios. This feature will be discussed in more detail in another video.

  • The Duplicate Action button to create a copy of an action.

  • The Edit Action button to modify an action.

  • The Delete button to delete an action.

  • The Favorite icon to identify an action as one that is a favorite.

  • The Action selection checkbox to select one or more actions at a time.

If the user would like to modify more than one action at a time, the bulk scenario editing options in the top right corner should be used.

These options include:

  • The Bulk Scenario Mapping function, which will be discussed in detail in another video.

  • The Bulk Duplicate function to create copies of multiple actions.

  • The Bulk Delete function to delete multiple actions at once.

  • The last feature on the actions page is the “Create New Action” button which will lead the user to another page for creating an action. Creating new actions will be discussed in detail in another video.
